(XBOX SERIES X) I digitally downloaded ea fc25 and when I went to open it upon opening main menu it crashes. I’ve contacted Xbox support they gave me a few things to try and fix it but none worked (told me to contact ea, but as you guys know is impossible). I thought buying the disc would help but it doesn’t stop crashing. I can’t scroll through main menu without crashing.

Hey leonel_estuardo are you seeing any error message?
Generally if this is game related then we would be seeing a huge uptick in reports of it and as I'm not it's likely system related.
What did Xbox support suggest?

No, no error codes appear before or after crashing. Xbox support had me try different network connections, changing numbers inside of network settings (don’t know the actual term) , re downloading the game, restarting the router, changing the port where my Xbox was connected, resetting my Xbox, clearing space. Ultimately telling me to reach out to ea support but that’s been no use neither.
