I did the Henry Evo and wanted to do the Evo TOTS+ so i can put him in the TOTS Upgrade Evo for 5*5*
I put him in the Evo, my 25k coins where gone, then I looked on „my evolutions“ and he was not there. I looked again if I did a mistake or something and then saw that the Evo TOTS+ disappeared.
what is this bug???

If you're referring to the 25k cosmetic evolution then this is normal, since that evolution has no gameplay objectives, once you start the evolution you immediately receive the final upgrade. If you check in your club and you didn't receive the upgrade, then there's a problem. All the best to you!
I had same problem and yes its the cosmetic evo but the player still didn't get the cosmetic (he still tots evo not tots )
I'm not sure but I don't believe that this evolution is intended to change or improve card rarity, it is strictly cosmetic.
As you can see here, card rarity is not promised to change from what it currently is.

Even am facing the same issue. I put Henry in unlock the dribble -> Finesse plus -> TOTS + -> Now not eligible for TOTS Upgrade plus because rarity is still TOTS Evolution and not TOTS. When will this get resolved?
Same issue. Contacted their support line but no luck. This is extremely frustrating
I also have the problem too. The TOTS+ was gone. The TOTS evo recolor also disappear. How to fix the problem before the TOTS upgrade and TOTS upgrade plus expire?
Where I can contact them , same problem 25k coins gone but my player didn’t get the team of the season tag
