I did the Henry Evo and wanted to do the Evo TOTS+ so i can put him in the TOTS Upgrade Evo for 5*5*
I put him in the Evo, my 25k coins where gone, then I looked on „my evolutions“ and he was not there. I looked again if I did a mistake or something and then saw that the Evo TOTS+ disappeared.
what is this bug???
This is absolutely unacceptable. This exact evo has changed the card rarity to TOTS for everyone else (most of the players atleast). If this was 'unintended' or a 'glitch', it must've been communicated by EA, but no such thing was done. All on a sudden you decided to not change the card rarity and say this is intended? Also when i contacted EA Support, two separate agents have confirmed me that this indeed is an ongoing issue, and will soon be fixed. EA_Vendcera
I'm sorry, but this is completely unacceptable. The Evo clearly states that it upgrades a player to Team of the Season — and now you're saying it doesn't? That's not a glitch. You released this Evo, players followed your rules exactly, and now you're trying to backtrack because the upgrade made the card too good?
There was zero communication about this on any platform. No warning, no clarification, nothing. And now you're just changing how it works after people have already used it?

This EA community manager just try to hide the issue, we are talking about the 25k coins TOTS+ not the 35k TOTS+ Recolour, how on earth can someone put a TOTS evo to a TOTS+ recolour it doesn’t even qualify. Total nonsense reply from EA.

Same issue. I applied the TOTS Evo cosmetics to Henry, and 25K coins were deducted, but the upgrade didn't work. His rarity still appears as "Evolution," preventing me from using the TOTS Upgrade. Awaiting for a solution.
oh, not a bug, huh? So everyone who's done it can keep their glitched card, right? As a community manager, you should be ashamed for not addressing it. You know what I'm talking about.
Same issue for me, I contacted ea and at first they closed my case and said it was resolved. Reached out to them again and live chat support said “the teams aware and looking into this issue” and to wait for it to be resolved.
My cards didnt even get the cosmetic upgrade they are just now stuck as the green in progress evos? Is this being fixed?
