I claimed evo from rush obj and then claimed it as well but its not showing in evo tab

1a2Z3c4k No its not showing in rewards and cosmetics. I have the same evo that I got from the cup but the second one that I got from Rush is missing. This has happened previously as well when EA gave one evo as paid and one as SBC. I did the SBC and it went missing.
VanditChalsani Can you please create a video clip or share screenshots what are evos available in your list? May be someone from community point out whats going wrong here.
