Exact Same Selection of Icon Picks

So i did the 87+ Mixed Icon SBC, and the pick was 90 Puyol, 87 Zambrotta, Cole 88. Minutes later i did the sbc again, when i opened it, it gave me the exact same selection in the same order. Surely its a bug right,
