Extra Time Token marked as used without spinning

Description of the Issue:
I am currently playing the Extra Time event in EA FC Mobile. I had 3 Extra Time Tokens, and I did not spin the 102-109 Star Pick. However, the game shows that I have already used the spin (1/1), even though I didn’t initiate it.
This issue prevents me from using my token, and it appears to be a visual or server-side sync bug
Please hep for fix that issue
