I lost 5 games due to a input bug in EAFC25 Fantacy FC League gamemode which means I lost the prices due to this bug. Can I get some compensation for the lost effort, time and mental health due this bug in the Fantacy FC League -friendlies gamemode? The bug was as follows: I entried multiple games with my controller and once the game started, my input device had changed from my controller to my keyboard and mouse. I also went into squad battles game to check whether the input had been fixed and in the squad battles, controller was my input. But straight after that when I went back to the Fantacy FC League -friendlies and entried with my controller, ingame my input was again keyboard and mouse.
I never changed my input and I played all my games with controller. It should be clear that I never intended to play with keyboard and mouse. Never have I changed the settings or input either, please provide me the prices or some other compensation as there is no point to play ~36 games of this gamemode just to only get denied the best rewards due to an input bug like this. Also there was a cheater in one of my lost games, please fix the anticheat too...
Please let me know what kind of compensation will I received for all this struggle just to get denied the best rewards (30 win Maicon card) by a bug? The bug also happened only in the end of the 36 games, before this my record was like 28-5 or something. Please help, I am uninstalling this game and my life if all this grind was for nothing!!
