When I play FC 25 on my PS5, my DualSense controller suddenly turns red, becomes unresponsive during matches, and a black box sometimes appears on the screen during the game. This issue does not occur with FC 24 or any other games.
Here's what I've tried so far:
- Fully reset the PS5 to factory settings.
- Reset the controller using the reset button.
- Tried using a different controller (same issue occurs).
- Checked for game and system updates (everything is up to date).
Important observations:
- The controller works normally in the PS5 Menu and Other games.
- The red light ONLY appears once FC 25 is launched, and the controller becomes unresponsive shortly after starting a match - in between game come back but with very limited control.
- Exiting the game or returning to the PS5 home screen restores normal functionality (red light disappears, controller responds again).
This seems to be an issue isolated to FC 25 Only. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
