FC Hub Claim all Issue

So I got to around level 36 then did my exp objectives to get my remaining rewards.

I claimed all my rewards and for my level 40 pick it randomly gave me Roberto Firmino altough I didn't wanted him. I wanted to pick my reward but I couldn't.
