My issue has already been "resolved," however I want to bring awareness to anyone facing this issue on how to fix it. I bought 1050 FC Points to get the Premium Pass, but when I went to activate it, they disappeared, despite being visible in the Home Menu. After talking with a representative and fiddling around with the menus for a bit, I was clicked on the prompt saying I didn't have enough points and agreed to buy more. I gave me a whole new purchasing method to buy points directly from the season pass section. I then backed out because I didn't want to make a second purchase for no reason, and I point showed up in the Season Pass points signifier. So use this strategy to get around another one of EA's many mistakes. Already onto my next problem with a Training Camp EVO expiring and only being able to activate one at a time.
