Fc Season Objective

I have payed for premium pass and on level 35 player pick it wont let me claim the reward I have claimed rewards after it but everytime I click on it to get the player pick it is not doing nothing please help  I really want chiesa I don't what to do or how I go about fixing it.

    I have a similar issue, I bought it today and I was level 20, I got the 10k sp but it says I need -sp to claim so of the premium rewards.
