FC25 BUGS (PS4)

I come to say that the game is fantastic, but it has several bugs, specifically in career mode. In the games, every goal that my character enters, when we go to the break or the game ends it appears as if the opposing team is the one that scored those goals, but when I go to the standings it appears that my team did score the goals. The other bug that I have noticed and that honestly bothers me, is that no matter how much I have my qualified workouts (because I did them) in A and B, my DT always rates my workouts at 0. So I don't know why that is, but it's really annoying.
