Fc25 Player career mode max stats

I created a Striker and maxed out his shot power stat but the highest I could go was an 89. Last year you could upgrade it to 99. The Heading and Volleys go to 99 though but the finishing only goes to 94. On my CM, the max the finishing goes to 78 only and shot power goes up to 77. I can take my Short passing, Long passing and Vision to 99 but my crossing only goes to 76. My guess is they probably messed up the stats when trying to fix the 75 rated bug and ended up being off by 10 points. That is my guess.
