Hi, I reached level 35 and received all the rewards except the level 35 reward in Premium Pass.

if it's perhaps showing something like -SP, please log out of Ultimate Team and back in, and that should fix itself.
Otherwise, unfortunately, we've got no way of checking for that here on the forums. Please contact our EA Help support team, who can look into your account and your level 35 reward.
