Fc25 season 7 progress reset to 1

On fc 25 Xbox I reached level 15 in the season progress the other day, for the last few days it has bugged, saying I’m back to level 1. It still shows that I have collected the rewards up to level 15 but when I gain more SP It just says I’m now level 2 or 3 ect and I cannot claim my level 16 rewards. Anyone else had this problem and/or knows how I can fix it?

    Hi, I have had this exact problem where I was reset to 0 SP. I paid for the premium pass and now cannot collect the rewards without gaining an extra 15000 SP. This is something that needs to be fixed asap with compensation.
