Frustrating issue regarding my 'Icon Rise' evolution.

Update: I contacted ea.help.com and they walked me through troubleshooting steps to Clear System Software Cache but the issue still persisted. Then I was asked to wait for another 20 minutes while they look into it, then I was told that it will be escalated for further review..
