Fut Champions

Played my 1st game of champions and everything went normal. Went into my 2nd game and  3 minutes in I get kicked out of Ultimate Team. I go back into Ultimate Team automatically and it tells me DNF, so now just because I decided to click play and ready up for my 2nd game, I'm not even qualified to get the 15 game objective reward. I have video to prove but can't even upload it to this. Fix this bug and give me my game back!!!
