FUT Champs Win Not Counted – Disconnected After Match End

Hi EA team,

I experienced a serious issue during a FUT Champions match that needs attention.

I came back in dramatic fashion, scored in the 122nd minute, and went on to win in penalties. The match was finished — the final whistle blew, and the win animation played. Right after that, I was disconnected from Ultimate Team during the transition back to the menus, and when I re-entered, I got a DNF modifier message.

The match was marked as incomplete, and I didn’t receive the win — even though the match was fully played. This has happened before as well, where disconnections after the match but before the end screen still caused a loss.

This is extremely frustrating, especially in Champs where every game counts. Please investigate this issue and consider improving the way completed matches are recorded to avoid punishing players unfairly for post-match disconnections.
