Future star academy evo. 5 star upgrade. Stuck with 4star

Not necessarily a bug, but informed by live chat to raise a case on forum. 

working on future stars academy evo. Picked the 5 star skills option.  It seems both evos for the weak foot upgrade have the same name. And as it turns out, one is capped at max of 4 star skills. And now I am unable to get 5 star skills. I can understand why one evo would be capped. I had just assumed that both would provide a 1 star upgrade and I would just complete both to get 5 star. 

Tried to contact live agent but unable to assist with granting me the 5 star skill evo. 

im still able to upgrade to icon. But it seems silly and unable to upgrade to 5 star skills because they put a cap on the first skill move evo. I can’t see what issues would arise if they didn’t have the cap
