Future star EVO scout report bug?

So I have completed the "future Star Evaluation Scout report" that gave you 1 playstyle + for your evo. It expired Friday I think, and I have completed it around Tuesday last week. However now it seems to be missing from my Evolution Page. Anything that can solve this? I tried to contact the support but there was nothing they could do about it. It's kinda sad because right now I'm only able to give my future star evolution 1 palystyle+.
