Dear EA Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration and seek clarification regarding the eligibility of Future Stars Academy players after applying an Evocosmetic in FC 25.
Recently, I applied an Evo Visual only cosmetic to my Future Stars Academy player. However, I was not informed that this action would render my player ineligible for further Future Stars Academy upgrades. This lack of clarity has caused significant frustration, as I was looking forward to progressing my player through the academy stages.
i’m I kindly request that you provide a detailed explanation of the eligibility criteria and consider finding a solution for players who, like me, were unaware of this restriction. It would be greatly appreciated if clearer instructions could be provided in the game to prevent similar issues in the future.
