Whenever I go into ultimate team to play a game it says "checking account status" then kicks me back to the homepage. No resolution yet. Please help.

Are you still experiencing this issue today ? What platform are you on ?
Can you try a different connection method like Wifi/cable ? Restart your console and internet modem to see if that helps.
I've tried everything man I'm on xbox one.
