Game got stuck

I was playing a Fut Champions match and after I scored the 2nd goal my rival requested for the pause but it did not showed the pause screen to me. Instead, the field got blurry and then my rivals players did not moved anymore. Now the problem is that the game got stucked in the half time.

I was winning this and my rival got disconnected so I would like to have my win on this.

It has been like shown in the video for 20 minutes now
