Hi EA.. I Can't Open Any Packs Because There Is a Bug Gold Pack I Can't Redeem So What's The Solution? MY Platform is (PS5)

I have the same problem. Trying to complete an SBC and this game won't allow me to open my packs in order for me to do so. #HELP #SOS

- PSN Gamertag: Panconping
- Name of the pack you opened: trying to redeem ‘1 Gold Pack’ which was in a Mega Pack
- Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: Gold Pack
- Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? I didn't buy it it was from (sbc)
