Grassroot grind SBC bug

I did 50 Grassroot grind SBC and opened around 10 of the packs, saving the rest for the following day. I logged into the companion app to make a quicker job of opening the packs only to find there was 0 grassroot grind packs in my account instead of the 40+ I should have had remaining. EA help contacted and were absolutely useless telling me I lied and claiming they can see all the packs I’ve opened. They proceeded to tell me what packs but didn’t mention the 50 Grassroot Grind packs I was referring too showing a complete incompetence in problem solving and good customer service. If anyone can help me with this please do
