During the fall of 2024 in EA FC 25, I received a free pack that included a TOTY Eras Icon. I didn’t complete any SBC or objective to earn it — it seemed to be a community reward or login bonus, since many of my friends also received one.
In that pack, I was lucky enough to get Zinedine Zidane TOTY Eras Icon (90-rated, 2002 version). He was an incredible player for me — his heading, shooting, dribbling, and free kicks were all extremely effective, even though his stats didn’t look overpowered on paper.
Unfortunately, I accidentally submitted him into an SBC, and now the card is gone from my club. I wasn’t aware that this card could even be submitted, since it was untradeable and came from a special login pack.
I would be extremely grateful if there’s any way you could help me get the card back, or provide some kind of compensation, as this was not intentional.
