I cannot create the appeal case

Dear EA team,

My account was banned with mistake and I tried to appeal but I cannot create the case. That means no one receive the appeal request. I have been waiting for many days and no response and no tickets created.....

 

the case list is one year ago and any one can help me to get touch with the service term team???

I believe a big amount of the players are banned and have no ways to appeal and in the local media this has been raised..... please help me unlock my account....

    Try opening a case with an advisor so they can get it submitted for you. Do not submit a dispute. Choose a different option. Use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this page.

    I tried with advisors and they kept informing me that they can’t handle disputes nor can they assist with submitting a ticket. 

    BUT I did do what you mention.. I picked a different option and didn’t log in. My ticket then updated to “ transferred”. Which seems it reached the correct dept. 

    Now I wait … been almost a week and nothing.
