I completed futties pedri sbc, and i didn’t get my item

I completed all 4 squads, and didn’t get the animation where i (pack) my player and then send him to my club, i checked everywhere i could, my store unassigned items, my squad, my quick sell recovery players… and i couldn’t find him anywhere, i then contacted support and they told me to wait and he’ll show up… i waited for more than 24h and he didn’t, then i went back to contacting them and the operator told me that he only sees 3/4 sbcs complete, when i told him that on my screen i see 4/4 and i can’t complete any missing squads he told me to come here and a manager will resolve my issue, so the bug is that not all squads seem to be confirmed to be completed but again i cannt complete any of these imaginary uncompleted squads i they’re all completed in my screen.
