I did the 93+ Encore Icon Pick SBC while giving up almost all my fodder and in exchange I got a 70+ pace evo for 96 max players. I should have gotten my Icon Pick. EA please fix this 🙏

I just completed the 93+ icon pick and after completing the icon pick i didn't get the pick i just got a message a consumable saying Academyslot296... either give the players back or give me the icon pick. This isn't fair. My game tag is viveeeeeeek, I play on ps5, this occurred around 19:20 est and my Gmail is [edit: email address removed]. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. It's things like this that make me reconsider reordering fc26. You guys don't fix the issue and even if you do it takes so long
