I didnt get my 93+ Encore Icon Pick

What is their email for support? I can’t find it anywhere. 

We have identified an issue where the 93+ Encore Icon Player Pick SBC was providing incorrect rewards, and have temporarily removed this SBC. Players who completed this SBC will receive the intended rewards in-game in the coming days.

I completed 93+ icon picks but didn't receive the reward. Instead, I was given a +70 pace evo reward. When I went into evolutions to check this reward, I couldn't even see it. I want this to be compensated.

I completed the 93+ encore icon player pick last night. I recieved each of the packs from the seperate challenges. However, did not receive the main reward after completing the SBC. 

I started the 93+ enconter player pic or whatever its name was you had to build 10 squads and i did the fist  squad over 85 rated 8 players i think then i did the two last full squad with a total rating of the squad was 91+ then I did one more squad  with a total rating that had to be 90+ when i checked yesterday it said that the SBC had  atleast 4 days left probably more but when i checked today the SBC was gone and i used half of my team to do this SBC. I think its fair if get 2000+ fc points or 200  000+ coins or just a free enconter player pic, does any of you guys have the same problem, if its like that i think we all shoud get something for this bugg that hoppend

Same happened to me about 11 hours ago.

i have raised a case but no update on it yet.

i see the Ion SBC has now been removed !

this is the reward I got at end of the SBC…no player pick and the green card just disappeared when I opened it.
