I didnt get my 93+ Encore Icon Pick

I still haven't received anything back I put 10 squads in it come on ea

Packs are **bleep** icon picks need sorting 10 teams for 1 of 5 pp is a joke 

Literally the same thing happened to me too with this sbc. As soon as I completed the 9th squad I got an error message and when I logged back in it disappeared

Have you received your icon pick? 
I’ve been waiting for it since yesterday and still haven’t received anything. 

Yesterday I completed the SBC for the icon pick and I didn’t receive it. I know there was an issue with it and I saw I was supposed to receive an Evo (I don’t want the evo of course). Then the icon pick was removed and it’s back again but I didn’t receive the pick I previously did. 

So I just received a reply from EA Support… and it’s about how to reset my password. 🤨

I honestly don’t understand how that’s related to the issue I reported

Did anyone else get a similar response?

This is getting frustrating…

I have the same problem. I did 8 out of 10 tasks in this pack, then this pack was deleted, and then returned, but all my progress was reset.
In the EA x-account it is written about compensation, but NOTHING WAS RETURNED.
