I didnt get my 93+ Encore Icon Pick

I have recently noticed after still not receiving compensation for the icon pp with the evo that was removed the other day that the evos have been released again but through a play games mode, which when completed only four players fit in.....  I surmised that a future evo would come out that would raise any players shooting to 99 to fit said evo and then I got a crash.... load out the game and come back in and low and behold, with 4 or 5 weeks left of fc25 a screen pops up saying if I preorder the game "which I was planning on doing anyway" I would now recieve an evo that raised any player in the current game to 99 shooting "to fit the evo I just ground out by playing horrible sluggish games". 

Does anybody else have any thoughts on this, pictures included.

Don't worry bro I got pictures and have uploaded them. Look for them on my messages it will be the same as what happened to you. Hope we get comp soon.

Submitted all 10 squads and get nothing, zero, nada!! 

Hi, I completed the 93+ Icon Encore SBC on FC 25 for PS5. The game froze during the reward animation and I was kicked out. When I logged back in, I didn’t receive the icon player pick — I got a +70 PAC evolution card instead.

Case #216243317 is stuck on “Waiting on Player” and I can’t open a new one. Please help me get the correct reward or equivalent compensation.

I know other players are facing the same issue, and the SBC was even removed from the game. Please forward this to the proper support team.

I contacted you earlier regarding the SBC (Icon Player Pick) that disappeared, even though I had already submitted three squads. I was told that everyone affected would receive compensation within a few days.

It has now been several days, and I have still not received any reward or compensation, even though I lost a lot of valuable fodder.

I’m now asking that you check my account and make sure I receive the compensation I was promised – whether it’s:

– A new Player Pick

– FC Points

– Coins

– Or some other fair compensation.

Started the 93+ Encore icon pick, completed 8/10 squads and then it was removed due to a bug. But I haven’t been given back the items I put into the SBC

Any news when this will be sorted?

The same thing happened to me, this is ridiculous, several days have passed and we still haven't received the reward.
