I didnt get my 93+ Encore Icon Pick

I did the 94+ icon pick and no pick was sent out to me when is the compensation ea?

I just received a message saying the item I didn't receive was in the store but there was no 93+ icon pick there. Only a CM tika taka evolution 94 max which is no good to me. 

Last week Saturday night I did a 93+ icon player pick SBC but didn't receive my reward. I waited over a week as EA promised they would give it to us "in the coming days". 

Today I received a message saying the missing item was in my store ready but instead of a 93+ icon pick there was a CM tika taka max 94 rated evolution which is completely useless. 

Definitely won't be paying 90 pound for FC 26 if this is how you resolve discrepancys. 

What good is a 94 max rated tika taka evolution, I want my icon pick. Think I would trade all that fodder for a tika taka play style evolution. This is madness 

Still no f reward or compensation! 

EA you are a joke "coming days" my behind almost 2 weeks and all your EA help staff can say is thank you for your patience and understanding but the relevant team are investigating, what the hell are you investigating a blood murder it's ridiculous, and you expect all of us to purchase your new game knowing full well you don't give a **bleep** about your consumers atrocious behaviour, you know full well you are investigating nothing and all your time is being used to make your new game which will probably be worse that this which I think is very hard to beat considering how poor FC25 gameplay has been!.

I didn't get anything, are we gonna get it in FC26 or FC27?

I've already preordered, my icon pick was terrible, angerer from the immortals, the evo for 99 shooting doesn't give a fifth playstyle so its useless for any decent rated card, plus I'm also the only one of my friends who hasn't packed a 99 rated card and they changed the player pick icon for next year to just a pack!!!.

I honestly with all my soul wish I hadn't given these slimey trolls a penny of my money, disgusting nefarious practices that need investigating. Waiting over two weeks for compensation is atrocious 

Still waiting, this is disgusting lack of care. Every year becomes more about scraping every last penny and less about the actual game

“Players who completed this SBC will receive the intended rewards in-game in the coming days”… Yeah, that still hasn’t happened. As always, zero concern for the end user of the game from EA. 

Are we getting more info soon? The game is almost done and we still didn't get anything
