I didnt get my 93+ Encore Icon Pick

The exact same thing happened to me last night. Completed 8/10 total squads and it disappeared. I also am currently in the same situation as you with my case’s status reading “Waiting on Player”. I’m not sure what to do but feel completely robbed. What concerns me is that since the SBC was removed for giving out the incorrect rewards that only the players who completed the SBC will get compensated and those of us this happened to will be left completely robbed by EA and forgotten. Hard to believe we got so unlucky. I took maybe a 1 hour break before getting back on to finish the 2 squads 

Same, just needed to give 6x and 2 more of the easy ones and now I have nothing

I was working on the ICON SBC and had completed all the challenges except the final one just before opening the pack.
Suddenly, the SBC was removed from the game due to an “error,” and a message appeared saying that progress would be saved. However, when the SBC came back, I was shocked to find that all my progress had been reset, and I had to start over.
I also lost several rare players that I submitted in the previous challenges, and I received no compensation. This is completely unfair, especially since the issue was from the game, not from me. 
I kindly ask to be compensated, either by getting my submitted players back or receiving a pack equal to what I have lost.

Yestarday I completed 93+ icon pick and it was give me lik +70 speed player upgrade and Opened it but ther is nothing on upgrades and game doesn't give my icon pick tooo.wtf is that? Game gone crazy please help O give many players to this SBS and reward is nothing!!!! Game still my time again!

I’m experiencing an issue with the 1/3 93+ Icon Pick (Encore) SBC.

On July 14th in the afternoon, I completed most of the segments of this SBC – only the 88-rated squad was left. Later that night, the SBC disappeared. When it came back the next day, all my completed segments were gone, and I had to start from zero again.

I opened a ticket with EA support, provided all requested information (email, platform, username, timezone, etc.), but they marked my case as “wait for player” with no explanation. I don’t understand why, since I already answered everything.

This is very frustrating. I spent a lot of coins and players on those SBCs, and now I’m forced to redo it from scratch?

A lot posted yesterday about an error on that sbc where a lot have done it including my self and instead of getting the player pick it gave us an evo which doesn’t even appear on the evo lists. And till now we didn’t get a reply from EA about this issue and still didn’t get the player pick in game! We used a lot of fodders in this sbc and some were bought from packs with real money, so who will compensate us and do we get a refund ? 

I completed 7 squads and all of a sudden the SBC just disappeared. Now it’s back but progress and fodder is gone… please fix it, was so excited about this SBC to continue playing the game

This also happened to me and it’s so annoying, they should compensate me with more stuff than just the icon pick for wasting my time and fodder

Lol, I need to start over, lost ALL my fodder and got nothing, thanks EA
