I didnt get my 93+ Encore Icon Pick

The same thing has just happened to me. I've put a lot of players in this icon player pick SBC. It literally came up with an evo card and that was it. It didn't allow me to pick an icon at all. Fc25 has been a headache. It keeps constantly freezing mid game and I have to close the game and re-open it. Now this happens, its pretty shocking to be honest. We spend a lot of money to buy the game aswell as in game purchases. It should be running a lot better than this. I hope that they can rectify this issue. This has never happened before, but I have seen forums of people having this issue from last year. Either way, the people who done the icon sbc, should be compensated regardless!

Same here, I have done the pack and nothing showed up... I sent an e-mail to EA about this.

I have done the pack, done all 10 SBCs but it didn't give me any rewards or so. I only confirmed a reward as "+70 pace for max 96 overall player". I have done the pack 20 mins ago, I hope it can be fixed because it was the most time consuming pack I have ever done..

this also happened to me. 10 squads just to get 0 icon pp and only the ''choose your own adventure III'' evolution, surely we will get compensated for this
