I didnt get my 93+ Encore Icon Pick

The exact same thing happened to me last night. Completed 8/10 total squads and it disappeared. I also am currently in the same situation as you with my case’s status reading “Waiting on Player”. I’m not sure what to do but feel completely robbed. What concerns me is that since the SBC was removed for giving out the incorrect rewards that only the players who completed the SBC will get compensated and those of us this happened to will be left completely robbed by EA and forgotten. Hard to believe we got so unlucky. I took maybe a 1 hour break before getting back on to finish the 2 squads 

I done an icon pp yesterday with a evo raising a 96 player to 99 pace. Me or my cousin recieved nothing from it and 10 minutes ago a message popped up saying party like its 96 evo has expired. I never had an evo for this In any menu and I'm assuming it's the 99 pace evo from yesterday. I have included pictures.

several players including myself have reported this glitch and we've been waiting for a whole day for this to be solved, we're all totally pissed about it, please compensate us, you guys know how much joy those player picks bring us

This exact same thing happened to me and like you said when it came back they were all hone so I lost a ton of players

Two days ago I was compleating the 93 plus mixed icon pick I had done 9 out of the  10 SBC’s so I saved completing it for the next day but I was annoyed to see that the sbc was gone so I looked up if anyone else had the same issue so I was ok thinking the sbc will come back the next day then I woke up today happy to see the sbc back but I was shocked to see that you have removed all my completed squads and I have not gave any of my players back from the completed  so I am requesting that you ever restore my my completed challenges or give back all my players I have submitted

Similar happened to me. I got the 99 pace evo from the SBC but then I did not get the player pick that came with it. Took screenshots of it for evidence to show I had completed the SBC as was only able to do it 2 more times instead of 3. But I have lost 10 squads worth of players and not got my player pick

Take it back. I didn’t even get the EVO. Please fix this EA asap! Is there a way I can upload or show the evidence that I completed it?

i was doing the 93+ icon pick and  it said that there was 5 days left until it expires, 8 squads in ea remove the pick for a day just to readd it with the same exact squad solutions but it got rid off all my fodder and progress wich i put my entire club into. i would love EA to fix this but i doubt it

Last night I completed the 93+ encore icon player pick and fully completed all 10 squads with all my fodder and cards and instead of the player pick it's said I got some 70+ pac evo but I didn't even get the evo. Then I see they removed the sbc for the rest of the night and now I wake up and it's back up in sbcs but I didn't get any refund or even the player pick. I know the games nearly over but come on I need a refund for this or something. My EA user name is uhhzxch and Xbox username is ItsZove. I see I'm not the only one complaining either EA fix this!
