I finished Gareth Bale SBC but did not receive the content

Today on 20:00 PM UTC+7 time,

I finished Gareth Bale TOTY icon SBC but did not receive the player as final reward.

Confused, i go to my club searching for the player item in case i already stored it in the club, but only see the Loan player version which i already used.

I discarded the loan player, hoping it will refresh the club, but the bale player is still not there.

I have checked again to my quick sell recovery page on EA companion app and did not see any Bale item discarded there.

Is this a bug? Please help
