Just today it seems, I got banned for using the FC 25 Transfer Market. In the email it mentions:

| You can earn EA SPORTS FC™ Coins by playing Football Ultimate Team™ and by trading within the Transfer Market, but you can't purchase Coins or have Coins transferred between accounts. Buying or selling Coins through a third-party is against our rules. This means that you or your account is suspected of participating in the purchase of a Football Ultimate Team™ item for the purpose of transferring Coins or Football Ultimate Team™ items from one account to another. Giving away Coins is also against the rules, for example, in exchange for promises, favors, or for other purposes outside of the game which is considered to be Coin trading. If you participate in a giveaway, you may be putting your account at risk by exposing your account to stolen or illegitimately generated Coins. |
But I did not participate in any of the above, in no way at all. I did not purchase coins, nor I sell coins, nor I was giving away coins.
What possibly could I have done to cause the above? I believe my account got flagged without valid reason, most probably a bug in the automatic transfer market ban flagging system.
I can right now state what recent transfers I did, and most of these were buying gold cards for SBC and selling gold cards too. I also bought a player for the Champions weekend (Ronaldo icon) and sold it right after I finished with the Champion games.
I also bought Vieira yesterday, since there was a new evo coming out for the card, thinking it will be better than the Vieira card that I already have. I changed my mind and posted it to sell it right after.
Is the above enough, and is this the reason to get banned on the transfer market? I played FC 25 since the beginning, preordered it, bought packs even with Points, I managed to earn roughly ~3 million in coins since beginning, and now am getting banned from the market. This is absurd.
EA can you please help and resolve the issue by lifting the ban. I did not participate in any way in buying, selling, or gifting coins.
