Icon Evolution not appearing in Club view

I completed an Icon Evolution Upgrade SBC, but the evolution is not available to me in my club view. When I originally completed the SBC the game froze and I had to restart my console. The evolution then appeared in my Store and I redeemed it, but it does not appear in my Club > Evolutions view. Am I doing something wrong or is there a glitch.

    So I was just reading a thread on Futbin suggesting that the evolution is only good on Icons <88 (my lowest is 89). If true then EA has a lot of explaining to do because the terms of the SBC DID NOT make clear that the eve was only good on a handful of players. I basically just wasted an 85 OVR squad and got NOTHING for it. EA, you need to fix this by changing the evo or reimbursing all of us who you ripped off. Can an EA Moderator please explain how you plan to make this right?
