Icon player pick issue...

Same thing has just happened to me wtf EA... I did icon pack and recevied an evo that is nowhere to be found and no icon 😔

The same thing has just happened to me. I've put a lot of players in this icon player pick SBC. It literally came up with an evo card and that was it. It didn't allow me to pick an icon at all. Fc25 has been a headache. It keeps constantly freezing mid game and I have to close the game and re-open it. Now this happens, its pretty shocking to be honest. We spend a lot of money to buy the game aswell as in game purchases. It should be running a lot better than this. I hope that they can rectify this issue. This has never happened before, but I have seen forums of people having this issue from last year. Either way, the people who done the icon sbc, should be compensated regardless!

Same here, doing it for my son to see for the first time and nothing came up except a non-existent evo.  Another way for this game to waste my time.  We should be compensated.

Same thing happened to me. Submitted all my fodder and got an evo which I claimed, but not in my evo section. Also didn’t get the pick. The sbc description is still the same but doesn’t grant an icon. The sbc has been up for more than 8 hours at this point

Same here just wasted a lot of fodder to do it and a stupid Evo comes up I closed the game down and now the icon pick isn't available  at all Ive spoken to someone and all they can say is the relevant team are working on a fix, what the hell dose that even means a fix I want my pick if player or compensation for the amount of fodder I have put into it

This is there reply when I asked what a fix means ridiculous.
