Icon player pick

I was doing the 87 and 88 squad for the mixed icon player pick. I was just about to start the last squad when some random message popped up. Next thing I know, my icon player pick SBC says 0/3 squad completed. I check my club inventory and all the players I used are gone. But, I still have the small packs you receive from doing the squads. I restart my game and it still shows all the players I used are gone. I still have the small packs and it still says 0/3. So I did the last squad to see if it will work but nope, all my players are gone and I didn’t receive the icon player pick.
