When FC25 was first released, players created in the player career mode grew to an OVR of 98, but the current player career mode does not grow OVR to that level.
Is this a modification? I don't see any mention of this in the title update article?
The career mode deep dive in the pitch notes states to select clean slate if you want to raise the player in the traditional way.
However, even if one chooses clean slate, the OVR will only grow to 91 at best.
I don't think this is conventional.
Is this a bug? Or is the explanation incorrect?
