I have just finished the grind for level 40 and when I went to claim my reward i used the auto claim feature and when i did this the game basically froze and than i was back on the screen showing the level pass. It showed that i had claimed Roberto Firmino and i did not want to claim this item. I hope that this issue gets resolved thanks and have a blessed day.

Hi, After reinstalling Windows on my PC twice, I am unable to launch the game. I keep getting an error saying I have logged in from more than one PC, even though I only use this one. I have tried multiple fixes, including reinstalling the EA app and the game, clearing the cache, and cleaning the disk. It's been more than 12 hours, and I still cannot launch the game. I can log into my EA account and use the web app without issues, but the game won’t start. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Similarly same problem, it just shows that I claimed at lvl40 but there is nothing I got from the claim. Not even Roberto Firmino.
It just shows claimed with no rewards, also level 40 is still as grayed and not the purple color as it shows for reached levels.
I had the exact same issue and I’m seeking some means of communicating with anyone who’d be able to help as unfortunately the chat assistant was unable to resolve this concern.
