Live start points crash the game

Whenever I try to start a Manager Mode career using live start points, I can always finish the season fine but when I go into the next season the game always crashes about a week or two in
This has happened with multiple live start point careers I have tried as well

    Happening to me as well super annoying and is not the only glitch that happen in career mode... i already lost all my saves, because they randomly disapeared. I like the career mode this year but the glitches are just sad.
