You change playstyles of many players almost every day, so if you were serious, it should take less than half a day to resolve it. I am very disappointed that you do not seem to recognize this issue as a priority.

Clearly it says on the card descriptions that the card will get 2 basic playstyles if it's got two PS+ already, if they don't fix it it's false advertising and against the law. I've put incisive pass playstyle+ on bennacer, he got the clean sheet, he didn't get the upgrade for some reason, but plz do make sure to forward my situation as well, I don't want my incisive+ to be removed when they upgrade him, I grinded hours for that Playstyle+. appreciate you!
