Loss of Chemistry Boost with End of an Era Cards

After evolving End of an Era Müller with a cosmetic evo(flashback tots) he lost his Chemistry boost to the non Bundesliga Players.

is this intentional or does this cosmetic evolution influence the in game stats, by lowering your chemistry.

    End of an Era Icon chemistry boost works based on their card type (i.e. Rarity).

    If you change card type (i.e. Rarity of the card) using normal evolution or cosmetic evolution, then it will lose End of an era chemistry boost.
