lost 91+ tots player pick due to game crash

Hi EA Support,

I opened a 91+ TOTS Player Pick in Ultimate Team, but before I could select any player, my game/browser crashed and the page closed. When I reopened Ultimate Team, the pick was gone and I wasn’t able to claim any of the players.

I didn’t select anyone, and the reward never showed up again. I’ve checked my club, store, and objectives, but there’s no sign of the pick or the players.

Could you please help recover the player pick or provide a replacement? This was a big reward and I’d appreciate any help you can give.
