Lost my FIFA points due to server loss

I purchased FIFA Points and purchased a Prizm Pack in EA SPORTS FC™ 25. During the purchase process, I lost connection to the server. The FIFA Points were deducted from my account, but I never received the pack, and the transaction does not appear in my Order History. This indicates a server error where I was charged without receiving the purchased content. 

Everytime I contact support/help they just close my case without any notice!!!!!! :( Can anyone help me?
