lost play style+ from evo

Hello dears ,my issue with Build your TOTS , i chose 92 rio ferdinand for this evo and select 2 ps+ only one is delivered to the player and the block ps+ is disappeared

the player becomes 94 ratting so he can get 4 ps+ where is the issue ?

the evo cost me 250k coins , i believe this a bug

i feel disappointed, i spent 250k coins on this evo , and this evo disappointed
