I have lost players when attempting the 93+ Encore Icon player pick sbc.
I have completed the two 90 rated and 89 rated squads, and upon receiving the packs for these four (with intention to completing the whole sbc) there was an issue with "eafc servers" and the packs didn't appear. I wasn't bothered but went back to the squad builder challenge and the completed 90 rated squads and 89 rated squads were gone! I have lost players rating from 94 to around d 86 on all 4 squads. Some of which id payed for in packs! I want these back or compensated as I have payed real world money and these have basically been taken from me.
